Competence
My present position is as an adviser for both small and large companies. My competence is in both product development and food safety. I work with different kind of projects and network projects, where quality management, including HACCP, or product development can be a subject. I am connected to the Marketing and Business Development Department.
Education
My basic education is Technical College (chemistry), further college education in different subject related to food and nutrition. I have HACCP exams both from USA and UK.
