Barbara Grisdale-Helland

I belong to the nutrition group in Nofima (Sunndalsøra) and am a member of the Protein and Amino Acid Metabolism group of the Aquaculture Protein Center, a Center of Excellence. I work mainly with studies involving determinations of optimal macronutrient levels in diets, minimal dietary amino acid requirements and the requirements for maintenance and gain for energy, protein and the amino acids.
