Facts about Marit Rødbotten

My formal education is from Akershus University Collage, Oslo where I was granted Master of Science in Nutrition, Health and Environment and I have a bachelor degree in Psychology from UiO. I am a senior sensory scientist at Nofima Food.

My main interest is analytical sensory science in combination with consumer science and much of my work has been consulting industry on sensory matters. I have had a 20% position at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB), Department of Chemistry, Biotechnology and Food Science, teaching sensory science on a bachelor level. For many years I have been the Norwegian member in the board of Nordic Sensory Association and in Nordic Committee on Food Analysis (NMKL), as well as in European Sensory Network (ESN).
