I am working as a researcher within the consumer and sensory research group. I have experience in sensory and consumer research as well as using a range of modelling techniques and statistical methods to analyse and interpret the relation between different types of data. An area of research interest concerns how health issues influence various consumer segments’ attitudes and behaviour with respect to food acceptance and choice.
I hold a Master of Food Science and Technology (cand. techn. al.) from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and a PhD in Sensory Science from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB). The title of my thesis: Consumer perception and acceptance of calorie-reduced dairy products.
