I am employed as a senior scientist in Nofima. My main fields are feed and food processing technology, process optimization, raw material processing, ingredients physicochemical properties, utilisation of residual raw materials and product quality.
I am a civil engineer (M.Sc.) in chemistry, process and chemical engineering. I have also worked at TORO, Rieber & Son ASA. My main fields at TORO were development of marine powders and extracts, raw material handling/quality, raw material processing, utilisation of residual marine raw materials, process optimization, food processing technology and sensory analysis. I have also worked as a research scientist at the Norwegian Herring Oil and Meal Industry Research Institute (SSF). The research activities at SSF were in the field feed processing technology, utilisation of residual marine raw materials and development of marine feed ingredients.
