Facts about Valérie Lengard Almli

I am a Ph.D. student with Nofima Food and the University of Life Sciences, Institute for Chemistry, Biotechnology and Food in Ås, Norway. I obtained an MSc. in Food Technology, Sensometrics and Chemometrics from ENITIAA, Nantes, France in 1998, and worked for ten years in the fields of experimental design multivariate data analysis. In my Ph.D. I study consumers’ perception and acceptance of innovations in traditional food products. Several data collection methodologies are used and compared.
