This is based on data from underlying applications in use in large parts of the Norwegian salmon industry.
This include extracts, assembly and presentation of goods-, tracking- and quality data for use by national and international business customers.
The solution will be a tool for communication and interaction between business partners (BtB) and business partner to consumer (B2C).
The project has an implementation model that is quality assured by part-time deliveries providing business value for the pilot. This allows for evaluation at each milestone and an opportunity to adjust or terminate if the experience and results will take a direction which is not desirable. This also allows for a focus on the following terms of content, implementation and cost.
In Phase one the main focus is to establishing a basic system of care information flow and the possibility of tracking in salmon production.
