This project will explore how successful product differentiation can be applied by seafood producers in selected international markets and product categories.

 

The overall aim is to increase knowledge related to product differentiation for seafood actors, by:

  • Identify viable differentiation strategies based on strategic capabilities in the domestic industry
  • Explore potential differentiation strategies in selected international markets and value chains
  • Suggest overall differentiation strategies
  • Provide information for firm-level application of these differentiation strategies.
