I was educated chemical engineer in 1974. After that I am coursed in project leading, membrane filtration, emulsion and suspensions technology, surface and colloid chemistry, rheology, powder technology, and process safety.
I have worked about 30 years with process and product development mainly for the fish industry and in that connection leaded several projects.
Latest I contributed in developing a new process and product for krill on ship during cruise in Antarctic 2006.
I am inventor and first inventor of several notional and international patents about lipid separation from fish, drying technology for biological material and larvae feed for marine fish types.
I am also a contribute author in scientific publication about drying and bacterial survival and about membrane filtration fractionated fish hydrolysate and diets for Atlantic cod.
I have given lectures and proceedings for international drying symposium / conference about different drying techniques and drying and dust explosions.
I was participant in a EURO-workshop about Strategic Document for Research in Food Powder (2003).
Have experience in environmental and energy studies and solutions for the industry.
I have also taught operators in the fish meal industry for process certificate.
