At Nofima Marin, an on-line system has been built up for colour measurement based on the use of processing lines, diffuse lighting and a colour line scan camera. The calibration system is developed so that such colours pursuant to standards can be measured.
The system is developed for on-line application within detection of catch damages and documentation of product colour.
