Panel participants this year include the Soil Association from the UK (sister organisation to the Norwegian organic organisation Oikos), Associate Professor Thor Øivind Jensen from the University of Bergen and representatives from the Danish school Værebroskolen. The lecture "Ecology from minority collectives to mainstream value" is by Jensen. Værebroskolen in Denmark present their pioneering organic food concept for schools, combining organic school food, focus on health issues and associated pedagogical methods.
