Competance
I have been working at Nofima Mat since 1994 with challenges related to product development of various food products. Many interesting discussions are carried out with food producers in order to compose attractive and nutritious meals. I am in charge for the sensory analysis at Nofima Mat in Stavanger.

I have a M.sc. at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB).
