I’m educated from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) with a Master of Food Science. I work as a Panel leader. My responsibilities is managing and training of the Sensory Panel. This implies professional supervising and resource responsibility for 12 Sensory Evaluators. Further, I work with preparing for tests for sensory judgement, and supervising and reporting of contract work.
