I work as a project manager/adviser in the field of Food safety and quality. My work implies advicing, consulting and educating within the areas of hygiene in food industry, quality assurance and HACCP.
I am an engineer with a supplementary education in business economy. For many years I have worked with hygiene in the meat industry, and with all types of foods in a microbiology laboratory. I have also been a quality leader in an accredited laboratory, and I have worked to initiate and implement HACCP in all types of food companies.
