Competence

I am an adviser towards bakery and confectionary. I work amongst others with new developments and optimizing of bakery goods. My main function is to be the link between research and industry. After I finished my education, I worked with microbial genetics at the Laboratory of Microbial Genetics and at the Institute of Food Science, both at the University of Life Science at Ås. Then I worked nine years at Idun Industri AS. Both with product development (baking aids / improvers, bread mixes and ice cream ingredients) and production management at the factory in Rakkestad.
