Field of research:
I started working as a PhD fellow at Nofima Norconserv in august 2008.
My doctoral research is focused on chemical changes in muscle proteins from fish due to thermal processing. The fellowship is part of a collaboration project between all the Nofima institutes, and is connected to the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) at Ås.
Education:
I’m a Bioengineer graduate from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), with four years occupational experience from the division of Immunology and Transfusion Medicine at Stavanger University Hospital (SUH). I completed my Master of Sciences degree in Biotechnology; Genetics at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB), prior to my current attendance at the PhD programme.
