Competence:
Nofima Norconserv AS employed me as a food scientist 1988. The focus during the first 5 years was packaging and packaging closure related to cans. Later on, I was responsible for product development based on new technologies. I have been involved in innovation and business development for the food cluster for many years.
Based on competence within sensory physiology and taste perception I have given several lectures and courses in taste perception.
Education:
I have a Master of Sciences degree in human physiology with special focus on the human brain function. I have followed several courses in packaging and product development. My education in management and business administration is from Norwegian School of management.
