I am educated from Høgskolen in Sør-Trøndelag with a bachelor in food technology. My responsibility as a Panel leader is managing and training of the Sensory Panel. This implies professional supervising and resource responsibility for 12 Sensory Evaluators. Further, I work with preparing for tests for sensory judgement, and supervising and reporting of contract work.
