Focus area:
I am working in the field of food safety with special focus on HACCP systems for safe food. I am also part of some research teams in food safety.
I have experience in leading several projects with courses and networks transferring knowledge from science to food industry. Since 2002 I have been national coordinator of the government funded National network on small scale food processing. This Network have 5 regional hubs in Norway.
Education:
I have a bachelor from a technical college in medical microbiology and further education in food microbiology, quality management and project managing. I have advanced certificate in applied HACCP principles from The Royal Institute in Public Health in UK and a HACCP certificate in HACCP and seafood from FDA in USA.
