Creative processes

We inspire and guide you to think in creative, new and at the same time structured ways in your innovation process. This may be connected with developing a new product or a new meal. It might be to find new target groups or sales channels or new and unconventional partners.

Our people will help you through a creative process. We use our creative laboratory, Bryggeriet, in the process; it was built to bring out good ideas. Our aim is that the process should give you inspiration for new ideas and products for your own company.

Many companies have implemented systems for managing the innovation process from idea to launch - Stage-Gate for example. Even though companies may use systems like these, studies have shown that they don't all succeed in their product development. Some find the process too bureaucratic and inflexible, while others would have liked more emphasis on developing ideas. Research is going on into finding new systems and processes for product development. Nofima Mat also focuses on the early phases of the innovation process.
