At present I share my time between Nofima Mat and Centre for Integrative Genetics (CIGENE), and I am professor II at the Norwegian Uinversity of Life Sciences, all of this at the small but exciting Campus Ås. I am also an adjunct professor at University of Copenhagen, Denmark. My current research interest concerns high-throughput profiling devices for functional genomics (biospectroscopy, proteomics, DNA sequencing), data modelling methodology that combine measured data and background knowledge (e.g. the L-PLS), and high-dimensional but low-rank non-linear dynamics, plus a little bit of philosophy of science.
